Boarding time: Passengers are required to arrive at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled departure time. Intermediate ports will also require this same time for passengers purchasing a day ticket that includes stops on multiple islands. 

Failure to show up for boarding:  Failure to show up for boarding by the time described in the previous point and in any case by the departure time does not entitle you to any refund.

Schedules:  All schedules will be confirmed by staff at sales points and ticket offices and on board by the Captain via intercom or through designated personnel. If in doubt, please contact the offices or consult a crew member before leaving the ship. The Company reserves the right to make changes to programs and/or schedules in the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, force majeure, technical or operational requirements, or directives from the relevant local authorities. Such changes do not give rise to refunds.

Cancellations:  The Company reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before its start, pursuant to Law No. 1084 of 27/12/1997, with no obligation other than to refund any sums paid.
Interruption of the trip : In the event of a partial departure or journey, the Company will refund only the portion of the ticket calculated in proportion to the untraveled segment. (Art. 406 of the Italian Navigation Code)

Cancellation by the customer:  In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the Company is still entitled to a 25% penalty on the calculated booking amount. In the event of advance payment, the Company will refund the customer 75% of the amount collected by issuing a credit note, only if cancellations are received 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellations received after the above-mentioned deadline will require the full booking amount and will receive a corresponding invoice from the Company.

Tickets purchased on offer are non-refundable and/or cannot be combined with other offers and/or discounts.

Refunds:  Refunds will be issued exclusively by the agency or ticket office that issued each ticket.

Sailing Routes and Routes : All sailing routes and routes will be operated in accordance with applicable regulations and safety measures, as well as subject to local ordinances, national and regional regulations, and/or ministerial decrees that may limit disembarkation on the islands associated with the purchased trip. These provisions are always subject to authorization from the relevant authorities and to: technical and operational requirements, weather and sea conditions, and force majeure, as determined by the ship's captain and the company. Any partial performance of the service due to the above-mentioned reasons does not entitle the company to a refund.

Disembarkations : Disembarkations on the islands are always subject to any local ordinances that may limit disembarkation and stay. Any missed disembarkations and/or reductions in stay on the islands affected by such ordinances issued by the competent local authorities do not entitle you to any refund, as service fares are calculated based on the distance traveled.

The ticket is nominative:  it is not transferable without the prior consent of the Company and is valid only for the departure indicated on it. Passengers without a ticket or with a non-compliant ticket (in terms of type or fare applied) will be required to pay double the fare for the entire journey.

It is absolutely forbidden to: carry on board dangerous goods of any type or kind, offenders will be reported to the competent authorities;

Liability: The Company is solely responsible for any material damage to property and/or persons caused directly by itself, except in cases of force majeure and/or natural events. The Company declines all liability for damage to property and/or persons transported aboard its vessels resulting from events not immediately reported to the on-board command or caused by any negligence/failure by customers/passengers. The customer/passenger is always responsible for his/her own actions on board and assumes all liability therefor. Any liability of the Company is covered by an insurance policy.

The passenger is entitled to:  carry only one piece of hand luggage with a total weight not exceeding 10 kg. Any excess baggage will require a ticket equal to the current fares.

Pets:  Pets are permitted on board only if placed in cages or baskets, provided by the passenger's owner. The passenger is responsible for any damage caused by the animal to property or people.

Advertising of the general conditions:  these conditions are published on the Company's official website ( www.navisal.com ), and displayed at the direct ticket offices and at the on-board command of the Company's motor vessels.

Ticket purchase: Ticket purchase constitutes the passenger's irrevocable proof of having read and fully accepted the Company's Terms and Conditions of Travel.

Personal data and privacy : By purchasing a ticket, each passenger consents to the processing of their personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The personal data collected will be used by the Company, including with the aid of electronic and/or automated means, exclusively to respond to passengers' requests for information, for urgent communications and/or promotional campaigns. Providing data is optional; failure to provide the data and consent to its processing will make it impossible for the Company to respond to the request for information. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, each passenger has the right to access their data at any time and request its correction, addition, deletion, or possible prohibition of its use. 

For anything not expressly described : reference is made exclusively to Italian National Law and the Navigation Code.

Company only collects data that the user voluntarily provides via the contact form and navigation data.

Among the data provided voluntarily by the user, personal data such as:

Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient browsing of sites. FINALITY OF THE TREATMENT

Company processes the personal data that the user has provided through the Website in connection with the use of the Website itself.

In particular, personal data can be used to make commercial offers related to the contact request received.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Company will keep the data provided by the user in the terms required by current legislation and, however, for as long as necessary to provide the services requested.

In particular, the data provided by the user through the contact form will not be transferred to any database, but will remain stored on the Company's e-mail server (residing within member states of the European community).

In the event that these data are used to formulate quotations and / or commercial offers, they will be archived together with the commercial offer produced on the Company's IT systems and on the Cloud with servers located within member states of the community European).

Both e-mail and document archives are normally deleted after 10 years.

SECURITY AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Only if the Company is required to do so by law, personal data will be provided to the competent Authorities.
